I have two questions I guess: my first one is does anyone have any ideas how to help pain when you first wake up?

For example: sometimes I wake up and I’m in so much pain in my back that I have to curl back up and go back to sleep before I can wake up for my day. I would rather not do that.

Second: I don’t know about anyone else but my nerve swells now (it didn’t used too) when I do 3 hours or more of cleaning. Even if I did nothing else that day. Any tips for the swelling?

    I can barely make to the bathroom throughout the night. Not to mention the tossing and turning all night. My entire leg has started to swell. I hope someone provides some good tips.
