I’ve been having fairly severe back pain that seems to only happen in the middle of the night. Once I wake up and move around for about 10 minutes it goes away. Only happens at night. I have changed my bed mattress twice and some seems to do better with others but I can’t seem to find a regular commonality that would say oh this is why this is happening.
