@glitterpears btw, it was all free through my nhs gp i forgot to mention that!

i went to my gp, it took about 6 months for me to be referred to the adult clinic but i got there in the end - within the 6 months they gave me about 4 forms to fill out including one for a parent/ someone who’s known you since childhood to fill out and send back 😊 hope this helps

I think you can download a sheet with symptoms on to take with you. Maybe look on Google

I’m sure you’ll need to go to your GP with reasons as it’s harder for adults to get diagnosed and it’s a long waiting list.
