for the last week or so I have slept most of the day and night. I wish I could look forward to anything but I just have a heavy feeling in my chest. every day I say I'm going to go out and do something but I'm so tired and end up sleeping. I try to talk to family but their only advice is to just push through it. I wish so bad I could do that but I haven't been successful yet. I just want to be able to look forward to anything.

I was feeling the exact same way a few weeks ago and then one day I woke up and it was beautiful outside 72* and a slight wind. I thought I shouldn't waste it and it went from there.

I'm so sorry you feel this way. What small thing can you do that makes you happy? Make a cup of tea? Take a bath? Just do one thing every day for yourself. And if you can't, IT'S OK. Be kind to yourself and give yourself all the time you need.
