I feel like just everyday. I struggle today to get up and I end up in bed the whole day sleeping. I didn't get sleep much last night. I'm not sure if it has to do with me finally getting into the shower earlier the evening before. but for some reason I just couldn't sleep. so I end up sleeping the whole day yesterday to make up for the night before that I didn't sleep. it's depression thing is such a struggle on so many levels. it's so hard so I could relate to you I understand.
