Cutting off my parents: Dealing with Narcissistic Behavior

I had planned on cutting off my parents after I moved. specifically my mother. I love them both, however my mother's narcissistic behavior and my bonus-dad's ignorance is too much for me to handle. They have Fox News Doctorates, and their opinions are fact. They both work, I'm disabled, and yet I paid their bills. After a lifetime of listening to how my feelings and my sexuality and my thoughts and my life is just incorrect it's finally time to put up a wall... There may be a door, but it will have a heavy lock.
