I have had stomach issues for about 8 years now, with them progressively getting worse. I've been told that since I gained weight, it can't be anything like celiac disease or a food allergy. Has anyone gained weight while this happened? If so what did you do?

Yes! I have gained weight recently too. Honestly I don’t trust that I definitely have IBS because differential diagnoses were never ruled out… I digress. I essentially feel as though Ive gained weight without changing my diet or excercize so for me it feels like it may be an outside factor. Is that possible for you?
