Tips for adjusting to a gluten-free diet

It gets so much easier!! Especially now, there are so many more options in stores and restaurants. Like Nicolette said, Barilla has amazing gluten free pasta, and there are even easy meals from Lean Cuisine, and gluten free chicken tenders.

It is definitely overwhelming, but you can do it! There is a free app called InFood that is an amazing scanner.

It is overwhelming at first but it does get better! You just have to take it a step at a time! Find replacements for some of your favorite things first. And then go from there.

It definitely gets easier! There are many options in stores now but it is a big lifestyle change you're right. You'll feel overwhelmed at first but that's normal. Once you get used to it and start feeling better, you'll feel so relieved and will get used to it. It took me a few months to get used to it. If you like pasta, Barilla has a gluten free pasta. It'll be in a gluten free section in the food store away from other pastas. It's really good!!!!
