I also take mine at night (4 pills). I take 40 mgs of omeprazole with them to avoid the stomach issues. Also, make sure you are taking your folic acid daily.

I did pills but got horrific mouth sores associated with it. They then put me on more folic acid. After about a year of mouth sores they put me on an injection which is much better. I do it on Sundays

I use a needle once a week

My dr wants to put me on this I'm so scared I have very bad allergies
