Passing Out While Sleeping - Need Help!

This is very normal for POTS. During the night our blood pressure changes and even when supine it will cause issues. York cardiology on youtube made a fee videos on this. I take salt before bed, drink water every time I wake up, and keep my temperature regulated in my room. Any noise can trigger your nervous system so keeping it quiet and dark can help.

Are you not on any medication?

This totally happens to me too! I noticed it’s a lot worse when my pots symptoms overall are worse.

The exact same thing happens to me pretty regularly. This is the part of my pots no doctor has been able to explain. Taking some blood pressure medicine has helped but not fixed the issue.
