Feeling Dizzy in the Morning

Thank you! I stopped taking my metoprolol that was prescribed to me from my PCP and I don't wake up nowhere as foggy or unmotivated!

And I didn't even think about low levels like that. I know at my last appointment my vitamin D levels were low and according to google it can cause some symptoms I'm having including depression. Thank you for sharing that with me! I definitely don't eat hardly at all and it's never really healthier foods either unfortunately.

I do have low vitamin d. Maybe I can see if that's the problem
