I’m about to start taking Buspirone. Did it help you? And what we’re your side effects- I know everyone is different but it puts me more at ease just knowing how other people experienced it
I have been on it for 3 years and I had to start slow. But at the end I can tell it has helped a alot so far as having anxiety all day, that no longer happens
I started 10mg once a day about a month or so ago and had some constipation, tiredness and it made my heart palpitations more frequent. However, those side effects have gotten better in the last week or so. I'm very sensitive to side effects which is why I hate taking meds but it definitely helped with my anxiety. I'd much rather have those things than having my stomach twisting in knotts all day, which was terrible. I just started Wellbutrin yesterday so fingers crossed its a good combination 🤞

I would like to add that I didn't notice much of a difference myself, but I currently live with my mom and she noticed a HUGE difference. The people you're around the most are likely to notice before you do
