    There are few things we can do to prevent insomnia. Drink less caffeine, exercise but not too late, don’t eat too late, drink water

      this, especially when it comes to caffeine. I have found outside of sleep that caffeine can overstimulate my body and intensify my anxiety. This in turn keeps me from being able to sleep adequately and causes those thoughts to spin faster.
