I recently lost my best friend, my mom. I thought I was depressed before. I also feel worthless. I've been trying to lose weight - but I'm now going through anorexia or bulimia. I never knew one word could have so many meanings. Alone.

      I lost my mom in Jan of 2020 and I can relate. I refused to eat since I was crying so much and I got so dehydrated I was lightheaded half the day. The only reason I ate is because I couldn't stand the stomach pain. A couple months later I picked up a bad habit of eating everything way too fast and making my stomach hurt. I didn't do it intentionally, and I still do it, but it's just a habit at this point. You definitely aren't alone. That's what the app is for! We believe in you.

      So sorry to hear that you lost your mother that must be the most painful thing for you to go through I thankfully still have my mother so I can't relate to that. but I have been through the depression the anorexia and bulimia before it all sucks and when it's happening you do feel so alone and worthless and like nothing even matters I trust me I know it feels like there is no way out but you can get through this. I BELIEVE IN YOU🫶💗
