most definitely know what that feeling is. Especially when the people around u dont seem to understand ur problems because they don't have them.

There are days that I can be in a crowded room full of people I care about and I still feel completely alone. Just remember you're not alone.

No we are never alone but I have many other health physical and mental that makes my depression bad even when I’m using my coping skills. Just remember you are loved and there is always people here to talk to.
