Struggling with Sugar Addiction After Gastric Sleeve Surgery

Hi I had the sleeve sone to in 2016. I struggle with sugar too. I lost 78 in less then six months. I got very sick and needed a pacemaker. Because I was passing out 6-7 times a day I ate nothing but carbs and most of them were pure sugar snacks. I’ve gain 113 pounds. It makes me feel terrible. I am in my 50’s. I have all kinds of side effects from gaining the weight. It’s very hard! I know this because I’m addicted to sugar. Trying to get off sugar is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. I’ve had 36 surgeries as an adult. Most of them in the last 20 years. Please try to wean yourself off of sugar. I heard trivia substitute sugar is very good.
