Is it bad that I want to get some help? I want to ask for help with my anxiety but I feel like when I tell people they will think of me as weak and useless, or that I’m trying to seek for attention. But I am really struggling and I’m not sure on what to do.

I think it's good to get some help. You don't have to tell anyone you think might treat you differently.

It is never bad to want or ask for help, it is hard, and it’s hard to be vulnerable, but it’s a really good thing that you want help. I hope you can share this with your people and they will support you 💕 maybe try finding a therapist and go from there. Wanting to get better is always a good thing. It’s tough, but what’s the alternative? I’m currently in therapy for anxiety as well and struggling my way through it.

Try to find someone who has gone through or has had a loved one go through the same thing. They will understand and support you

I have this problem a lot. Try to find people that u know won't judge or criticize u and tell them how u feel. Nothing is wrong with wanting help u just have to find the right people to confide in.
