When my friends don't text me, my anxiety always like they hate u or they found someone better. Even when am texting them my anxiety like ur boring them, they don't like you. I hate it soo much 😔

      I would maybe discuss with them a communication boundary. Like let them know you get anxious when they don't reply, so maybe before they're busy they could let you know beforehand so your anxiety is calmer.

      Exactly! I just started trying to be friends again with my ex after a year of not talking. I'll message him and we'll talk for a half hour, then it'll get silent. It's not like he's mad, it's just....I'm overthinking everything

        @Taintedoctopus28 omg same! Like i started talking to my ex best friend and she would stop texting me and my brain goes she finds u boring... and it's like ik its not true and am overthinking but I still can't believe it ( hope that makes sense)

      I understand this, I moved out of state and if I hear from someone and they randomly stop I freak out
