If you feel comfortable to you can still use that time to talk to the doctor about things that might be helpful for them or you to know, without being visually or physically examined. They could help you get on medication to stop your cycle, or help you get on the path to hormones if you want them to. They could help you manage your cycle in a way that makes it less stressful or symptomatic, if it’s a tough time for you. If you’re able to, try to find a GYN that’s trans friendly near you.

if you aren't able to get out of going I would tell the doctor that you're not comfortable and your mom is forcing you to go, if you don't consent they legally can't preform anything on you
