Before I started my anxiety meds, I was never in school because of how anxious I was. My whole body used to shake. I started my meds in december of last year and i’ve kind of been better ever since but once a month I get anxiety attacks. I’m on 100 mg so it keeps me chill but sometimes when i’m away from home I always feel so worried and I hate this feeling.
