Newly Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease: Need Advice

I know how you feel! The things you should and shouldn't be doing is so different for everyone so it's really difficult to pin point out. You just have to try and figure out what works best for you I've been dealing with this since childhood but only got diagnosed late last year and I still am unsure of my triggers it feels different every time 😞
