Coping with IBD Diagnosis: Seeking Advice

hi i’m new!! I’m a recently diagnosed crohnie (coming up on my diagnosis anniversary soon) anyone with ibd/ibs/other gastro stuff, what helped you in helping to cope with the diagnosis?

I was in a support group for teens with Crohn’s at the beginning of my journey, and it helped a little, but mostly it took years of therapy to learn to love myself with my diagnoses
