hi, i'm new to this app, sorry if i get something wrong or this posts in the wrong group somehow. i have DID and i was wondering if anybody has advice for coping with this disorder while still trapped in the harmful living situation that caused it. i've been learning new things about my system but it's stressful to learn these things while in a bad and inescapable situation. how can i find a balance between self-discovery and keeping myself, like, emotionally safe & stable?

I think it would help to find someone to confide in. Having a support friend has definitely helping me very much in self discovering while also being able to gain the help and love I need

Hello! I'm Joseph I am the host and I wanted to tell you that you really can't "control" it in the way you want to. -☆ It's kinda difficult being all in one body and being trapped in a shit household because there is no way of having us all escape the way we all want to. -💎 As for yourself!!! I say keep positive! -🐬
