Why is it that every night my partner falls asleep before me my mind puts me in a really really dark place? Like it keeps spewing things like "you don't deserve them" " they want to leave you" "go do something really stupid, maybe then they'll realize they can do so much better without you" and then when my partner touches me or cuddles me it goes silent. it breaks me more and more inside when my mind plays really horrible tricks like that on me. I love this person and I don't want to wind up hurting them because of what my mind says. I don't wanna push them away anymore š.
