Why do I get mad at nothing?

I just want to know why I get mad at nothing. I mostly get mad at myself but my step dad told my niece to be quiet bc my mom is sleeping and she's two, she doesn't know how to be quiet. but when my siblings, niece, and I are sleeping my parents are loud. doesn't make sense.

      family/household dynamics can be a big stressor and it's okay to have feelings about them! it definitely is for me, and i find myself irritated even when it isn't something big - it is often unresolved things piling up under all that!

      For me it usually is stemming from frustrations that are elsewhere that I haven't processed. It's hard to get to the root but when you do you can feel better

        @Yolo42069 yeah. I mostly just go to my room and listen to music. But recently that hasn't been working.
