      I also use Finch. It's a great task motivator and self care tool. I've also been getting used to eating more nutritious snacks and things that are super easy to fix because cooking takes a lot out of me. It's been a lot about giving myself space to not do some things... and get better about prioritizing how I spend my energy

      I use this really cute app called Finch! It helps remind me to do certain tasks (take meds, journal, shower, etc) and it has promots to write abt my depression and adhd frustration. I'd 100% reccomend it as a steppinh stone
