Could be better, client spent 15 minutes chewing me out about uncontrollable circumstances. Then apologizes and continues. Feeling like I just want to get away and never look back. Just feeling down and not helpful :/ You?

Eh haven't been sleeping much maybe 4hours a Nighy then wake up and can't go back to slee0nso I'm pretty tired I try napping alil here and there during the day my appetite isn't really there it is but it isn't if that makes sense ill eat and then I'll be hungry like 2 or 3 hours later it's annoying

exhausted. i have DBT tomorrow, individual therapy on Wednesday, and an appointment to discuss chronic pain/worsening symptoms with a doctor i've never met before because my doctor cancelled today but i absolutely do not want to wait until the end of the month to meet with him. i'm so tired. i wish that i wasn't in so much mental and physical pain all the time, even just typing this my wrists and elbows hurt. :(( i hope everyone is having a better day than i am, and if not, we've all got tomorrow
