How Are You?

I had a terrible weekend, didn't get out of my house and haven't talked with anyone. Today I woke up and decided that this day will be better! So far it's ok and I even went to the supermarket and then worked a little

For me today is not terrible but I have bad days and worse days on those days I just want to sleep if it's a very bad day I don't eat. For me that's generally when my husband notices something is off and starts asking questions so that helps me so much.

Empty. Exhausted. Helpless. Out of control. Hurt.

Fatigued constantly

Tired and overwhelmed

Today I just feel overwhelmed.

Tired of living as well

Tired of living

Wanting to give up

Totally wiped out.

Im so down all the time

So tired, all I want to do is lay down to either watch comedic movies or shows or sleep.

Having a very rough day
