I've had a really horrible week not to get into too many details cuz I don't want to panic again and have another anxiety attack but I lost a couple of friends because of something stupid that happened and transphobia has been horrible in my school. but with some good news I've adjusted to my new meds anybody have any tips to be like anxious throughout the week though.

First congrats on adjusting to your meds. I have anxiety all day every day just at varying levels. I have a Playlist with empowering music that helps remind me to not give in or give up. Some examples for reference Fight Song Rachel platten, One Step At A Time Jordin sparks, Undefeated Jason Derulo, Brave Sara Bareilles, Watch Me Shine Joanna pacitti, Ready or Not Bridget minder..... I listen it all the time, any time I need an extra boost ir if aomething is bothering me. Also I jave different habits meant to help, I carry around a soothing stone to rub. Find a way to distract yourself like a hobby. I fond bring outside is more comforting so when. I qm bad I will walk around outside. People like that aren't your true friends, because true friends even if they take a break from you will still be there and won't turn their back on you

I've also had a bad week The best thing to do is to give your self a self care day. Just once a week where all you think about are good things and you do things you enjoy. To help get through the week, try to have someone you trust who you can talk to about what's going on. I know that's a lot easier said then done, but it helps And just know that people come and go in your life, so don't get too hung up.kn people leaving. I know it's not a good feeling and it sucks, but if they didn't want to be your friends after whatever happened, then they were never really your true friends. Also, yay in getting adjusted to your new med!! That's really tough sometimes
