It sucks. Don't. Lol jk, but I've been able to lower my dose, but not come off. It is really hard for me, because I won't feel like I'm not doing well until I'm already in the gutter. Those meds take alot of therapeutic legwork to get off of, and it's not as easy as it feels like it should
