Struggling with Self-Image and Remorse

I feel like I’ve been struggling with my self-image and feeling remorse for my past. I want to get on anti-psychotics but I’m not sure what to get on or if they’re right for me? Any advice or kind words?

Personally for me antiphyscotics helped me a lot I think you should discuss with your psychiatrist about it and sometimes you have to try multiple meds for one to feel the best ,I hope you figure everything out :)
