Managing Flare Ups: Tips and Tricks

I don't really know what a flare up is I just always feel incredibly slow and I can't walk very well.

It depends… helpful right, lol. It’s so hard to know with so much terminology: flare, pseudo-flare, exacerbation, etc. If you ever have a specific issue that doesn’t require steroids (which yea, suck!) I’d be happy to try and help! 🤗

Mines to I have to get a 72 hour steroid infusion horrible

If it’s a true flare, I have to go get a steroid infusion. Mine get out of control.
