Struggling with Chronic Pain and Medication Issues

Hi again 😄, been messaging my new doc. Started me on blood pressure med and am going to stop tomorrow. It's Making my legs have issues with circulation. My main problem is was on some light pain medications and being responsible with them. Then we moved back to the south and ran out and no help to refill except my headache med. Then Dr was leaving practice for family Death. I was offered spine injections and getting my nerves in back burned off. No way! Went through the hoops, for 3 months ( being told I could get my original meds) Was bulls**t story. In the meantime my lumbar disc disease getting worse, vertebrae wearing away ( are we having fun yet? hell no...) Medical marijuana is coming,not soon enough for me. Was legal in Oregon. I'm going to see one last Dr on referral and that's it. Been trying to get back to my Ballet 🩰, watching my former teacher on video. Was talking classes and raising Grandkids with special needs. Looking into Yoga 😌, not freaking easy! Learning how to breathe part, wiped me out let alone the first pose! Using OTC Aleve and lidocaine patches,helps some,not as much as Ultram or hydrocodone. Praying I can go back to college, next year. So hope this helps y'all 🙏🌹,get to know me and encourage you! I want to write ✍️ again, blogs etc. Trying to keep my prayers and faith going.
