Dealing with Chronic Pain and Medication

Today is one of those days…Pain is beyond a “10”. I had a doctors appointment 1.5 hours away. Usually, I am able to make it there and back with no problems. I couldn’t take my medication 💊 (because I’m on narcotics) and drive or at least I don’t. Plus I’m on muscle relaxers. I’ve been on them since 2012 so I’m quite used to them, however; every now and then, they make me sleepy and I don’t like to chance it. I ended up calling out of my appointment and rescheduling for a later date. It took a while to get this appointment and it’s finally here and I couldn’t make it. So now I sit here, with my meds, (hydrocodone, Baclofen, and my spinal cord stimulator on) laid up in the bed on this nice cool day. I hope your day is going swell!!🦋

I ended up in the hospital you guys. My pain was real. I made the right call not to drive. I have E-coli in my blood stream, clots in my lungs and legs, gallbladder is bad they put a drain in and it hurts, fatty liver, jaundice. I was very I’ll but not out of the woods.
