I've felt this way for the past week. I get these slumps and then I get out of them and feel so much better. I promise you things will get better. Maybe take a few mental health days for yourself? Make a list of small things that bring you joy and do them! It can be as simple as watching funny videos or looking at pictures of your favorite season or doing a hobby you enjoy! Also I suggest trying therapy. It has legit saved my life
