I’ve gotten many tattoos and it’s never given me an angioedema flare up. For me a huge factor is stress and I never feel stress when getting tattooed. The pain is sort of peaceful and I make sure to take plenty of breaks. I would recommend starting small and seeing how your body reacts. It’s a great question.
