        @Danal I need a dietitian because my medication causes severe weight gain and I have a history of Anorexia and Bulimia so she sets up a meal plan for me to follow to a T so that I can start to lose weight while maintaining my mental health. Because I used to just not eat to lose weight and it would negatively impact my mental health. So not a have to but it helps me out a lot.

      Word, definitely a therapist, psychologist and psychiatrist and I use a dietician as well.
