I saw the dietician on my college campus for awhile - she was super helpful in setting a meal plan that provides proper nutrition for my lifestyle (I’m a college athlete). However, I definitely recommend seeing a dietitian IN COMBO with a therapist because many dietitians and nutritionist really aren’t trained to deal with the mental health part of EDs.

I do find it helpful myself. Mine does give good tips and you can see them as needed or as your insurance allows. They give tips on diet and what you should eat based on habit on your eating, past and present as well as lifestyle, etc
