hi I've been dealing with a lot more hypomaniac episodes this month I mean only two but that's more than normal cuz usually it's one hypomanic episode every 3 months and it really sucks cuz like may I had one long depressive episode that lasted over a month and then I had the manic episode that went from June to July and then a depressive episode.
