Am I Autistic or Do I Have GAD?

I feel you.. there was a time I was so anxious about having autism because the symptoms are very similar. Eventually my psychiatrist told me there are different diagnostic criteria for each condition. You can read in the DSM-5 about each criteria in order to understand the differences.

Not autism but I have bipolar In addition to the GAD. I think that coping with a mental condition definitely triggers more Anxiety.

I’m always undecided if my anxiety is social or just general. I guess it doesn’t really matter given the fact that the treatment is quite the same

Not with autism but definitely BPD and bipolar 2. But it’s probably a good sign that GAD is convincing us we have it all 🥴
