Struggling with ADHD, BPD and Autism Traits

Does anyone else have many traits of borderline personality disorder, autism, and adhd? I have adhd, but often wonder if I have BPD and am autistic. Wondering if anyone who can't get diagnosed are struggling in similar ways.

I have autism and adhd and my suggestion would be to talk to your doctor/psychiatrist/ect to try to diagnose you properly based on what you're currently experiencing

Funny you should say this... Literally just 15 minutes ago, I heard about Discouraged BPD (didn't know there were different kinds of BPD), and so much resonated with me. I'm going to speak with my therapist about it. I also have ADHD, and while I've wondered if I was also autistic, most of the way I cope or stim is ADHD related.
