I'm really struggling. I'm so stressed. literally loosing...

I'm really struggling. I'm so stressed. literally loosing my hair over it stressed. I pay for my carers (a contribution of almost 400 ponds a month) I get 24hrs a week (NOT a whole day every day) & this has meant that I'm now in debt by almost 700 pounds because the company will NOT let me pay weekly (74 pounds) even though that's what would mean I actually can pay for it weekly & paying for it has meant cutting out some IMPORTANT LIVE SAVING MEDICATIONS I've beought this up to both the company & the social care & they say they can't do anything....any advice? I've tried cutting so many things out, I have ONE thing I do for fun a week that is not something I can give up & I've got an assistance dog who literally keeps me alive so he cannot go...I'm so stressed
