I ended up telling one of my managers I dissociate. However they don't know I'm a system. Only a few people I work with know and they're people I knew before working there. I already know my manager takes mental health seriously...Which is why I have a feeling that if they ask me to explain anything so they can better understand, there won't be any negative backlash.
