Has anyone tried Botox for TN?

I’ve been on Botox for 1 1/2 years and it always worked but my May 3 injections did not. I think it was because my nerves were over sensitized due to many severe migraines each weekend for 2 months. I even had infusions April 14 and 15 and the migraine decided it was ruling my life. I need a week long hospital stay for Ketamine and lidocaine but I’m a teacher and it’s hard to take the time off and coordinate with the headache unit at Jefferson so I will go in this summer to settle things down and the Botox will work again I’m sure.
