My stomach is aching to the point that I might cry, but I haven't eaten in hours. Is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else?

    Some times the pains so much worse if im not eating. I have to eat small, I wouldn't even call them meals, snacks every 2hrs or the pain is so intense

      if I move at all it's just getting worse šŸ˜« it's frustrating. I'll try to get up and get a snack to see if it helps any. Thanks for your input!

        I have a mini fridge by my bed because I can wake up like that, that moving an inch is almost impossible so having that by my bed has helped my morning routine greatly
