In all OCD descriptions I’ve seen, it says that people never act on their unwanted intrusive thoughts. I have sexual thoughts and I feel like I act on them, though. Does anyone else act on their thoughts? I’m wondering if OCD is to blame or if there is something else going on here.

I mean for me if my intrusive thoughts were acted on then they would just be wildly traumatic for everyone involved… if it’s something you want to or are willing to act on then I’m not sure it’s an intrusive thought, just regular sexual thoughts
