does anyone else wake up in the morning and it's like you've forgotten how hard things are? I woke up this morning and for about 10 seconds I felt good and then I remembered I had to go to work and then everything I'm sad about followed on from that.

There will come a day you realize you GET to go to work and you are happy because you have new eyes as a result of your marriage being over. It's a hard process I know.
That use to happen to me all the time! Right now I am going through it also. Due to the stress I am under at the moment. One thing I always do is think of something that makes you happy, or do something that you get joy out of! I will also listen to up beat music...try to stay away from sad or depressing music as it will only bring you down again! Also mediation helps for some people..make it a habit if you can do it, it helps clear your mind and bring in positive thoughts. I am no doctor but I know what has worked for me currently and in the past. It doesn't work for everyone but it is worth a try.
It's horrible, I'm trying to wake up and stay positive, however it's 530am when the alarm goes off, it's dark and cold, snowing outside and I really really hate my job! I'm looking for a new one but that's a stressful process, nevermind the next weekend is Christmas, last Christmas I realised my marriage was over š
Yes, I struggle with that daily. About 5 mins after I get up I'm stressed out and panicking. I get back in bed and stay there. I'm not living just existing.
