New Medication for Seizures and Anxiety: Opinions Wanted

I take it for Borderline Personality Disorder. In my experience I think it worked well for awhile but then I'd need to increase more, then after awhile increase more. Im at max dosage now, my doctor said I should transfer to Latuda but thats a 600 a month med so I cant do that 😬

I've been on Lamotrigine since I've started having seizures and my anxiety hasn't gone down but my recommendation would be possibly find something to distract yourself with. Possibly a hobby of yours whether it be playing an instrument, singing, playing with animals or whatever the like. Something that can possibly calm down your nerves. I have a house cat that kinda acts like a service cat so she helps when I feel nervous or when I have a seizure.

honestly, it may be a bit of both. i definitely felt less anxious the first night i took mine! but it's always a relief to have someone listen to you about your health concerns. i hope it continues to provide you with stress relief (and works for your seizures as well)!
