Hi! I’m a 28 year old female who has a diagnosis of bipolar and anxiety. However, my new therapist isn’t so sure I have bipolar, even though I’ve been diagnosed for 12 years and take meds for it that help a lot! She actually thinks I may have adhd or just general neurodivergency and anxiety.. can anyone relate to not being sure something they identify with is true?
