Hi! I'm Mak, I was diagnosed with depression this year. My doctor has me on a dosage of 30 on my Fluexotine and I'm thinking I'm going to ask to try 40 because my mental health is still at a low, does anyone have any warning signs I should know about that'll show up if the dosage is too high?

There's a possibility this medication is not a good match for you. You probably need a psychiatrist that can do prescription for you rather than a doctor. Tell them how you felt before and after this medication and that you feel like you need more help and they should be able to determine whether to raise the dose or try something else.

My experience with meds is it's usually never too high...... if it's high enough, you may feel great,if not,you will probably need to try another med until you find the one that works for you.
Maybe ask your doctor?
